The new e-PRO® course gives agents a roadmap to build their business and serve the hyper-connected consumers of today and tomorrow. The course was presented by REBAC Hall of Fame instructor Doug Devitre. With enough interest shown ePro will be offered again (date TBA).  The registration fee for the Day 1 workshop course is just $155. Day 2 is online and is the same price once you've passed Day 1.

Marihuana Grow Initiative c/o Royal Canadian Mounted Police
The RCMP are posting addresses of properties that have had grow-ops in them. REALTORS® can perform their due diligence and check the list for their province.

"MGO and clandestine labs uncovered by the RCMP

Marihuana Grow Operations and clandestine labs harm communities. They appear in homes or outbuildings in residential, rural or commercial/industrial areas. Wherever they exist, there is an increased risk of criminal activity and serious or even irreparable damage to personal property. The following addresses contained a Marihuana Grow Operation or clandestine lab that was dismantled by the RCMP under the authority of a search warrant." quoted from the RCMP website ...

An important tool for taking care of your clients.

AN aid for informing your clients!

The free "Homeowner's Handbook - How to buy and sell your home with confidence" is available to download. This handbook is a must for every REALTORS
® kit because it will help your clients learn about the values you add and helps them to understand the buying and selling process as it happens in Saskatchewan.

A MUST FOR EVERY REALTOR® !

A great resource for all REALTORS® is now available. The Real Estate Encyclopedia, Canadian Edition, is packed with fundamental topics that apply to the real estate industry across Canada. It uses plain language, helpful examples and illustrations to act as a resource for basically any real estate question. It is also accompanied with a CD, putting a wealth of knowledge truly at your fingertips. The Provincial Reference Manual complements the Real Estate Encyclopedia, Canadian Edition. While the encyclopedia concentrates on nationally accepted terms, processes and procedures, its provincial counterpart consists of sections covering major real estate topics that relate specifically to the province of Saskatchewan, e.g., legislation, practices and requirements directly and indirectly impacting the trading of real estate. No REALTOR® should be without the entire set! (See the Course Enrollment Form to order.)
